Whether the GeneralPredicates is still supported #429

The GeneralPredicates policy is found in In scheduler-policy, but is not mentioned in kubernetes documentation and is not seen in the pkg/scheduler policy.

Has it been deprecated or has it been implemented indirectly in some other way
