Add documentation for VMware on Linux #10755

Hello, there's no documentation available for vmware driver on Linux. I think this is very important to add in a near future :)

Care to make a PR ? There is information available for other operating systems that might (or might not) be useful

There are also some upstream issues with docker-machine-driver-vmware, that could need some user assistance.
