Provide links back to "Production environment", when finished with "Learning environment" #11409

Currently the Kubernetes documentation is divided into:

https://kubernetes.io/docs/setup/

We should provide some exit links, how to proceed to production...

Note: these are external resources, outside minikube

Too many to mention: https://kubernetes.io/partners/

This would be an improvement over trying to run minikube in production.

https://minikube.sigs.k8s.io/docs/contrib/principles/ (also #10097)

Non-Goals

Simplifying Kubernetes production deployment experience

Linking back to the regular Kubernetes documentation should be enough.

The learning environment page is currently missing, so there is no suitable upstream documentation.

Possibly it could be provided as part of the minikube tutorial, but then again that is getting removed too.
