What Happened?

$ minikube start --no-vtx-check

minikube v1.30.1 on Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22631.3447 Build 22631.3447
Using the virtualbox driver based on existing profile
Starting control plane node minikube in cluster minikube
Updating the running virtualbox "minikube" VM ... ! This VM is having trouble accessing https://registry.k8s.io
