docker desktop -Wsl is unresponsive #18985

What Happened?

docker desktop is unable to communicate with the windows subsystem for linux

Attach the log file

running WSL command wsl.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\wsl.exe -d Ubuntu-18.04 uname: context deadline exceeded
