Minikube failed to start (the API server is not healthy)

I tried to run minikube on Linux Ubuntu, I got an error - The API server is not healthy after 4m My minikube version: v1.33.1 Ubuntu 20.04

I tried increasing the memory, deleting it and restarting it (minikube delete --purge), nothing helped

minikube start --alsologtostderr --v=8

systemctl status kubelet into a Docker container
