Update roadmap for 2023-2024 #19399

Mostly based on the Kubecon presentation:

Removed the completed topics (GUI/QEMU).

Minikube available as a featured extension in Podman Desktop: podman-desktop-extension-minikube

Also added the Virtualization.framework (vfkit) driver, to the roadmap.

The "hyperkit" driver is going EOL in 2025, even if there is QEMU too.

Brew says It will be disabled on 2025-06-06. about hyperkit
