Any specific reason it didn't fail directly when filesystem mismatch? #16

Hi, while checking the code closely, I notice that when the fstype specified by caller is different from the existing file system type, we didn't error out directly. Wondering if there is any specific reason behind this case? Does this mean this mount may succeed in some cases?
