changing linux package

While trying to build RPM package on centos7 I was getting error:

# runtime/cgo
cgo: C compiler "x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc" not found: exec: "x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc": executable file not found in $PATH
make: *** [output/linux_amd64/bin/health-checker] Error 2
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.qNiIAj (%build)

One of the solution for this is to change x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc with x86_64-redhat-linux-gcc

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
