Release v0.8.17 images not done? #877

Seems to be an issue with the release, the images are not in the registry and release notes says:

Docker Image: IN_PROGRESS

node-problem-detector-v0.8.16-linux_amd64.tar.gz:
SHA: IN_PROGRESS
MD5: IN_PROGRESS

node-problem-detector-v0.8.16-linux_arm64.tar.gz:
SHA: IN_PROGRESS
MD5: IN_PROGRESS

node-problem-detector-v0.8.16-windows_amd64.tar.gz:
SHA: IN_PROGRESS
MD5: IN_PROGRESS

Is the process broken or stuck half way?

https://github.com/kubernetes/k8s.io/pull/6523 is working for promote image.
