Contributions to projects outside of Kubernetes are not applicable for applying for org membership. If you can, please work towards contributing a bit more first before applying for membership.

@ocobles's contributions to cloud-provider-equinix-metal were previously in another GH org, which contributed to the initial comments about applicability. Those contributions are now kubernetes-sigs homed.
