Add Windows as focus Area #105

With the recent CVE related to windows, I would like to add Windows as a focus area. Alot of the areas above have aspects of Windows in them but would like to make an explicit ask to cover Windows in some form.

If there is a better way to make it clear some aspects should also consider Windows or need to scope different let me know. This was more to start conversation.
