Logo for SIG Instrumentation

Problem Statement

We want a logo for SIG Instrumentation and https://github.com/cncf/servicedesk#design-and-aesthetics suggests that we should file a service desk issue, except it turns out only steering committee members can do so.

Proposed Solution

Can we have someone file a request for us? The logo we want is a telescope which is septagonal (like the k8s logo) instead of circular and has a k8s logo at the end on the lens.

Cost

I have no idea what this costs

I was thinking something like https://static.bhphoto.com/images/images500x500/1262103476_617031.jpg but angled more so that we can see the k8s logo in the lens.
