update job migration report with more details and latest removed jobs ... #32814

... remove automation attempt, not worth investing in at this point, and ironically it's a non-migrated job itself because of auth attempt to push to github https://github.com/kubernetes/test-infra/issues/32432

TODO: sorting isn't quite stable, so the list churns a bit more than necessary, but again, probably not worth the time when we're going to remove this in August.
