promote kind alpha, beta and alpha-beta jobs to release-informing #33810

We have a clear lack of testing with alpha and beta (disabled by default) features.

I set up these jobs some time ago to get signal on these alpha and beta feature and were key to identify problems during this last 1.32 release.

I'd like to officially promote these jobs to release-informing to avoid regressions.
