Confusing sentence in Virtual IPs and Service Proxies reference

This is a Bug Report

Problem:

The environment variables and DNS for Services are actually populated in
terms of the Service's virtual IP address (and port).

is confusing - highlighted in https://github.com/kubernetes/website/pull/36675#discussion_r965687676

Proposed Solution: Reword that sentence.
