Add more detail about admission-time warnings into “Warning: Helpful Warnings Ahead” #40952

This is a Feature Request

What would you like to be added Add a mention of ValidatingAdmissionPolicy into Warning: Helpful Warnings Ahead. I'd mention it at the end of the article and note that the text has been revised since original publication.

Why is this needed We maintain https://kubernetes.io/blog/2020/09/03/warnings/, and K8s v1.28 is likely to further improve the ValidatingAdmissionPolicy API (perhaps even a graduation to beta).
