Outdated content warning note does not match page language #45255

This is a Bug Report

Problem: The blue-box advisory that a translated version of an English documentation page may be out of date is presented in English, but should be presented in the language of the page it's displayed on.

Proposed Solution: Display same-language translations of the warning box on translated pages.

Additional Information:

The included page URL just happens to be one I stumbled across while doing research on a separate issue -- there are likely other pages in other languages that need this as well.

Localization teams can localize the warning message; if they've not done that, it's not a bug, it's just work that hasn't yet happened.
