Define a ShortCode to overrides the LTR / RTL direction.

Hi,

We're working to localize K8s Docs into Arabic, and we're facing a problem : when we use Arabic and English words in the same line, we got a malformed text.

What would you like to be added

I'd love to have a shortcode that overrides the LTR / RTL direction.

Why is this needed

We should add this feature for many reasons as:

Having a clean code and easy to maintain.
Other RTL languages can benefit from this feature as well.
Make our work so easy, and avoid malformed texts.
Even if LTR languages need to quote or use some RTL texts, the feature will be present.
