Reference as an ongoing investigation to a closed containerd issue

This is a Bug Report

Problem: On the production environment page, under the container runtimes section, there is a reference to a closed issue from containerd as ongoing work.

There is ongoing work in containerd to pin the pause image and not require this setting on kubelet any longer.

Proposed Solution: I think the reference should be removed or updated to this link
