Please specify in your documentation since which version this type of volumes is possible to use

You're asking which Kubernetes releases support projected volumes? For features that have been in Kubernetes a very long time, we don't list a minimum version; this is intentional.

If you are running Kubernetes 1.2 or older, you should upgrade.
