[zh] Blog post has link with `https://` repeated #48144

This is a Bug Report

Problem: The zh translation of the blog post "10 Years of Kubernetes" has a link which repeats the https:// part of it and thus directs to an inaccessible page. https://github.com/kubernetes/website/blob/daf8a33cabb9110d4c4bceca511262e6f25d17c8/content/zh-cn/blog/_posts/2024-06-06-10-Years-of-Kubernetes/index.md?plain=1#L323 Proposed Solution: Just removing the repetition. Page to Update: https://kubernetes.io/zh-cn/blog/2024/06/06/10-years-of-kubernetes/
