Move "Namespaces Walkthrough" to tutorials section #48437

This is a Feature Request

What would you like to be changed Move https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/namespaces-walkthrough/ to be within https://kubernetes.io/docs/tutorials/cluster-management/ Also, edit _static/redirects to add a redirect from the old URL

Why is this needed The page at https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/namespaces-walkthrough/ is really a tutorial, but is hard for new end users to discover.

Comments /kind cleanup /language en

Not sure if we should do something with https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/namespaces/ too

Maybe the intro of https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/namespaces/ can link to the tutorial page, and vice versa?
