Label `kubernetes.io/cluster-service` not documented

This is a Bug Report

Problem: Kubernetes either uses or once used a label, kubernetes.io/cluster-service, that is not listed in https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/labels-annotations-taints/

Proposed Solution: Add the label to https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/labels-annotations-taints/

We should add it whether or not the label is deprecated; if it is deprecated, let's document that it's deprecated.
