Added controlsConfig input parameter to specify the file path for controls configuration
Updated the script to include controls_config variable and check for the existence of controlsConfig input parameter to pass it as an argument to the Kubescape command
Added description for controlsConfig input parameter in the action.yml file.
Updated the documentation with the new input parameter
