Instead of targeting only, pod can be watched by tracer, watching means follow kernel hooks without intercepting TLS data. Tracer watches all pods in target namespaces and targets all pods matches target regexp.
Instead of re-scanning pods from scratch tracer rescans only when namespace targeting is changed. On regexp change it only targets/untargets pods
