Migrate Kusk API to Kusk Gateway Repo #1023

Move all API code to the Kusk Gateway repo and add required API dependencies

Is it hard to integrate latest code from https://github.com/kubeshop/kuskgateway-api-server/pull/85? Perhaps we should be merging all our PRs from API Server?

there is one more https://github.com/kubeshop/kuskgateway-api-server/pull/71 I believe it was already done
