Add .snyk file to ignore examples directory #128

Can't ignore all vulnerabilties with a wild card on the examples directory. @dobegor Feel free to reopen if you feel its worth it to add an ignore rule for each K8s vulnerability to the .snyk file.

Might be an easier piece of work to fix the issues in the manifests :D
