Support URLs for openapi definition passed to kusk #133

Describe the enhancement you'd like to see I would like to be able to pass the URL to an openapi definition - instead of having to download it to a file. For example

kusk ambassador -i https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kubeshop/kubtest/main/api/v1/kubtest.yaml
