Wizard does not terminate on Ctrl-C #158

Describe the bug

When running wizard and wanting to exit from its workflow, Ctrl-C doesn't do that. Kusk version 0.1.1.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run 'kusk wizard -i examples/petstore/petstore.yaml'
  2. Try to terminate it with "Ctrl-C"
  3. See wizard going to the next step.

Expected behavior Kusk terminated immediately.
