docs: remove conflict marker and fixed the incorrect edit link editor #4180

Changes

There is a conflict mark present in docs/docs/cluster-issues.md
There are inconsistent spaces at the end of several lines.
Fixed the generated edit link in docs/docusaurus.config.js
docs/package-lock.json wasn't updated, already updated with npm i

Fixes

Removed conflict mark
Removed inconsistent spaces
Append docs/ for edit links
