feat(): cluster auto deregister #238

Through this PR we are supporting cluster auto deregistration by

Adding worker finalizer to cluster CR
Cluster reconciler detects finalizer and deletion timestamp
Create a job to uninstall helm chart
Notify controller about registration status
Remove worker finalizer after clenup job succeeded
