Provide multiple version for a single agent #16

For example, for some users they're using nodejs 10.14. Currently, we only have one version 10.16.3.

Before do this, we need to have a strategy about the version management.

Java11 is very popular nowadays. Please see the post from KubeSphere Chinese forum.

By the way, the users always want to have a customized agent image no matter how many versions we have. So, it's also very important to provide a document about how to customize it.
