Observability is missing in the Kubernetes cluster provisioned by kind

I created a Kubernetes cluster using kind, then I installed KubeSphere on an exiting cluster as a host. Next, I imported the host cluster into KubeSphere, but the observability is missing, my installation steps are recorded in this guide.

Please see the following screenshots:

Tip: The host cluster runtime is contained instead of docker, is it will affect the observability? When I import another member cluster, anything looks fine.

What's the result of below command?

kubectl -n kubesphere-monitoring-system get pod
kubectl -n kubesphere-logging-system get pod

All Pods looks normal, I think this is very strange.
