Change the federated cluster's name
What's the reason why we need it?
as the first cluster in the multi-cluster management, the host is already named as "host"
we would like to rename it to something more meaningful, but the current version v3.1.0 kubesphere is not allowed to change the cluster name if it is the host or once the cluster is joined kubesphere.
