kubesphere v3.1.1 version ， Platform Settings Notification Management Enterprise WeChat Unable to Notify。

企业微信已按照流程配置，但无法通知。钉钉和邮箱都可以正常同时收到通知，只有企业无法通知，无法排查。麻烦帮忙看一下，谢谢
