Create service from artifact error:Harbor image name error!

I create service from artifact,follow this: QQ截图20211223110444

But I got a error:

The image name should be call {harborIp}:{harborPort}/library/test:latest But it is called test:latest it is wrong!

Please correct the Image Name to full qualified, including harbor host.
