doc(platform-engineers): translate the non-translate docs in `platform-engineers` chapter #1297

Description of your changes

translate the non-translate docs in platform-engineers chapter. (cloneset, definition-and-templates, auth/integration).
fix the index in cloneset.
replace the openapi/overview.md in current folder to the translated version. (Fixes #1296 )

I have:

[x] Read and followed KubeVela's contribution process.
[x] Update sidebar.js if adding a new page.
[x] Run yarn start to ensure the changes has taken effect.
