kubevirt-template-validor needed for end to end tests, not available on s390x #609

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: To run end-to-end tests on s390x, an image of the kubevirt-template-validator is required. However, it is not multiarch. If I understand correctly, the corresponding repository exists, but it has been archived.

Describe the solution you'd like: Please temporarily unarchive the repository so that I can enable multiarch builds to kubevirt-template-validator.

Describe alternatives you've considered: There may be other ways to address this issue, and I am curious about where the image push is triggered. The version v0.22.0 was released 11 days ago.

This repository is now part of ssp-operator.
