/cc @mhenriks @aglitke I tried to add some draft description for sig-storage. We are definitely missing more information about CDI. Would you mind taking a look and add what is missing

Do you think memory dump falls under storage sig purview? Other than the fact that it writes to a PVC and integrates with vmexport I'm not sure it is very storage focused.

Maybe from the user point of view not much, but the implementation is very close to hotplug, I think we can add it here
