[release-v1.57] Backport 3242 VDDK: Fix NBD status coalescing for large blocks.

What this PR does / why we need it: This backports #3242 to 1.57, which gets all the currently known VDDK warm-migration fixes into CNV 4.14. Follow-on for #3501.

Fix issue #3054, VDDK failure with "No new block status data at offset" messages
