[docs] tests.md is outdated #2435

Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:

/kind bug

What happened: The test.md file is not up to date and needs to be fixed.

What you expected to happen: the test.md file will be up to date with all tests.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): go to docs/tests.md and see that not all test under /test is there.

Anything else we need to know?: We found out about this while reviewing https://github.com/kubevirt/hyperconverged-cluster-operator/pull/2431
