PTR record support for the KubeVirt VMs #70

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: Currently the kubesecondarydns handles the A records for the VM secondary IP. In the same way we need a PTR record support the VM secondary IPs.

Describe the solution you'd like: Add a PTR support for the VM secondary IPs.
