What happened: Remove travis-ci from repo ci due to lack of $ and credits and CI taking three eons to run
In order to make this happen we will need KubeVirt Prow jobs similar to kubevirt / user-guide. Once Prow CI jobs are set up we can drop the travis-ci hook into this repo.
