Added link to slack invite #720

What this PR does / why we need it: This adds a link on the community page to get a slack channel invite.

Does this PR fix any issue? _(optional, in fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...) format, will close the issue(s) when PR gets merged)_:

I'm waiting for a kubevirt member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

@jobbler Can you do a git commit --amend then modify the commit message?

It needs to read like the following....

Example commit message

Signed-off-by: Firstname Lastname <your_email@example.com>

DCO won't pass until the commit is signed
