Added slack invite to community page #722

What this PR does / why we need it: This adds a link on the community page to get a slack channel invite.

Does this PR fix any issue? _(optional, in fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...) format, will close the issue(s) when PR gets merged)_:

I'm waiting for a kubevirt member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

Good enough for now while we come up with a plan to refactor the entire page :)
