Blog post about VMs with Istio #769

Add a blog post introducing KubeVirt support for Istio.

Blog post demonstrates running VMs and monitoring collected traffic metrics using kubevirtci ephemeral cluster.

For completeness, or just to compare, you might want to link part of this blog post.

The Background / Networking Under The Hood sections have valuable (but honestly also very deep) information.

Again: I'm good with the current post - I just happened to stumble upon this.
