Add Summit Schedule. #824

Adds in the schedule of selected sessions for the Kubevirt Summit.

I'm waiting for a kubevirt member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

One little formatting issue: Howard Zhang's talk title got broken into two cells. Also, one of the headers is not capitalized like the others. (Register)
