Remove build directory after creating changelogs #865

What this PR does / why we need it:

Lately, the website build has been pushing the entire contents of kubevirt/kubevirt into the website branch, gh-pages due to an unintended side effect by leaving the build directory behind in the prow container that updates the website on merges.
