Update Kubevirt client-go, update go-toolset #496

Updates Kubevirt client-go to 0.37.2, and sets KUBEVIRT_CLIENT_GO_SCHEME_REGISTRATION_VERSION=v1 in the container images. This fixes a problem where the template processor couldn't deserialize an OpenShift template that specified a kubevirt v1 VirtualMachine.
